After making contact and the assessment of your needs, in a personal meeting we will agree on your ideas, select the appropriate building, coverings, colors, and sanitary facilities, and based on these, we provide a price offer for the construction. In case of positive feedback, we will prepare the contract, and after concluding the contract, an advance payment is required to start the work (50% of the final price). After obtaining the construction permits, we will start the construction processes with our partner company in accordance with the ordered criteria. After the compilation, the handover and final settlement will take place.
